Job Details
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Lead and oversee water resource projects, providing technical guidance.
+ Support business development and client relationships for water and environmental projects.
+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Develop and review project plans and budgets.
+ Assess feasibility of engineering solutions with limited data.
+ Ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
+ Conduct peer reviews and technical presentations.
+ Identify new clients and project opportunities.
+ Supervise and mentor staff in water resources engineering.
+ Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license in KY or IN (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
+ 10 or more years of experience in water, wastewater, or drainage projects.
+ Experience managing design or tasks for civil engineering projects.
