Endocrinology Opportunity in Southeast Alabama Hospital-Employed

Practice Setting
- Be part of the hospital-employed medical group with a focus on outpatient care
- Focus on diabetes management (88% of therapy area), alongside other conditions like congestive heart failure, pneumonia, sepsis, and digestive disorders
- Work alongside a Nurse Practitioner specializing in diabetes, RN support, and a coordinated team with hospitalists and internists for comprehensive care
- On-site lab and radiology services to ensure streamlined patient care
Schedule
- Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM
- No call or inpatient duties
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary between $325,000 to $375,000, depending on experience, with the possibility of a Directorship title
- RVU-based incentive structure
- $100,000 signing package
