Ready to turn skeptics into champions? We're seeking a master communicator to lead our educational revolution.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're redefining education with AI-powered, 2-hour school days. But groundbreaking ideas need powerful advocates. We need a Director of Donor Relations who can convince discerning parents to invest their children's futures in our vision.

If you command attention in boardrooms, shine on camera, and excel in high-stakes parent meetings, let's talk. We're looking for someone who sees resistance as an opportunity to showcase our transformative impact and build a movement that will reshape education.

What you will be doing
  • Deliver compelling presentations that convert sophisticated skeptics into vocal advocates
  • Build and activate networks of influential parent champions to drive our narrative
  • Design scalable systems to transform individual parent successes into powerful proof points
  • Implement sophisticated feedback mechanisms to proactively address parent sentiment
  • Lead critical media interactions and shape public narratives around our revolutionary approach
  • Create and capitalize on strategic opportunities to showcase our transformative impact

What you will NOT be doing
  • Managing traditional parent-teacher associations or school committees
  • Organizing social events without clear strategic advocacy goals
  • Compromising our educational model to appease influential parents
  • Reactively addressing concerns instead of proactively shaping the narrative

Key Responsibilities

Transform our parent community into a powerful advocacy engine by systematically scaling parent champions across campuses while upholding our uncompromising commitment to educational excellence.

Candidate Requirements
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
  • 7+ years experience converting influential stakeholders into advocates (e.g., Head of Customer Advocacy, Chief Communications Officer, Chief Development Officer, VP of Enterprise Sales, Director of Community Relations)
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to command sophisticated audiences
  • Proven track record in high-stakes communications (media, board presentations, crisis management)
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling advocacy communities from the ground up
  • Ability to uphold policies with powerful stakeholders while strengthening relationships
  • Deep conviction in the necessity of innovative methods to transform education
