Our highly desirable manufacturing client desires an experienced and talented Director of Customer Service for their Manchester, Iowa location.



This is a full time position that offers a competitive salary, performance bonus and outstanding benefits. Relocation assistance is available. This is an on-site role.



This role is a valued member of the extended leadership team. This job will primarily be responsible for maintaining effective customer service in parts, service, and warranty for customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as working with team members within the Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales departments.


Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

8+ years Customer Service, Technical Sales, or Manufacturing Sales experience

(Working in warranty for the heavy equipment industry would be desirable)

Must have a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others - will have 3 direct reports

The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Will assist with continuous improvement projects such as lean, 5-S, and Kaizen
