Position Overview:

The Director of Compressor Services is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of compressor services within our organization. This position requires extensive expertise in ammonia refrigeration systems and the ability to manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional service across the Food and Beverage, chemical, and petrochemical industries. The Director will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth in compressor services.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans for the Compressor Services division to achieve organizational goals.

Oversee service operations, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all OEM screw compressor types.

Lead and mentor a team of compressor service managers and technicians to ensure technical excellence and professional development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Food and Beverage, chemical, and petrochemical industries, understanding their unique needs.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth in compressor services.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.

Stay updated on advancements in compressor technology and best practices in ammonia refrigeration systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration systems, with a focus on compressors, across the Food and Beverage, chemical, and petrochemical industries.

In-depth knowledge of all OEM compressor types and their applications.

Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in industrial refrigeration.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred or 15+ years of experience.

Advanced certifications in ammonia refrigeration are a plus.
