Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership
Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational performance
Provide clinical oversight for our core outpatient service providers, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Monitor and provide analysis of key performance metrics to identify performance and areas for continuous improvement

Supervision & Training
Provide clinical supervision, training and professional development for internal staff, focused on ensuring services delivered with highest quality and in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations
Provide direct supervision to care coordinators, particularly those managing patients requiring intensive case management in outpatient settings.

Patient Care Coordination :
Collaborate with internal and external clinical providers to coordinate seamless patient transitions from intensive inpatient and residential services to outpatient care, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication throughout the process

Program Development :
Lead the creation and expansion of outpatient services and programs, focusing on utilizing empirically validated interventions to meet community needs.

Network Development :
Assist in growing our outpatient network, fostering partnerships, and expanding services.

Direct Patient Care :
Provide outpatient care as needed, maintaining a hands-on approach.

Mobile Assessments :
Provide oversight and supervision of mobile assessment team, ensuring timely and clinically sound assessment and disposition planning for individuals in crisis

Additional Duties :
Perform other responsibilities as required to support the organization's goals.

What You Bring:

Experience :
A minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership roles and administration
Thorough understanding of Nevada healthcare regulations, including in particular MSM Chapter 400.

License:
Must be a licensed Psychologist or LCSW for a minimum of five years.

Knowledge :
Deep understanding of human growth and development, as well as familiarity with local social, medical, and psychiatric services.

Skills :
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Exceptional communication skills, capable of navigating sensitive or stressful situations with resilience.
Commitment to patient confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.
Sensitivity and inclusivity towards diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
Adaptability in handling interruptions and multitasking effectively.

Physical Requirements:
Communication : Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively, sometimes in a high-stress environment.
Vision : Adequate visual acuity, with or without correction.
Mobility : Ability to sit for extended periods and use fine motor skills for computer work.
Emotional Stability : Capacity to maintain composure and resilience in handling sensitive or stressful situations.
