Position Title: Director of Clinical Services
Supervisor: Chief Clinical Officer
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or related field.
Active LCSW, LPCC, or related license required.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
License supervision designation preferred.
Position Overview:
Transitions, Inc. seeks a passionate and dedicated Director of Clinical Services to lead a team of clinicians in providing treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. This role will guide the clinical direction, ensure quality service delivery, and promote a culture of professional development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Development: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Substance Use Disorder Therapists, offering regular group and individual sessions.
Quality & Compliance: Oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with standards in collaboration with Medical Records, QA/QI, and management.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work with other departments to ensure compliance and quality, and collaborate on resource allocation and program goals.
Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor staff performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet organizational objectives.
Training & Policy Oversight: Ensure staff receive orientation, in-service training, and professional development, while refining policies and enforcing adherence.
Employee Support: Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations, handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
Program Management & Reporting: Assist in managing case referrals, evaluate program goals, and ensure compliance with external reporting and CARF standards.
Leadership Support: Aid in the planning, evaluation, and improvement of program goals, and assist the Chief Clinical Officer with strategic leadership
