As our Director of Clinical Informatics, you'll be at the forefront of transforming clinical systems and data. You will spearhead initiatives to enhance workflows, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and optimize processes-all while collaborating closely with senior management and other departments to ensure our vision aligns with broader organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

- Lead dynamic change management efforts to boost staff productivity and quality improvement.

- Collaborate with clinical leaders to standardize documentation across various platforms like EPIC and Dentrix.

- Drive continuous improvement through process monitoring and user feedback.

- Ensure our organization exceeds compliance with all regulations while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Are You a Fit?

- With 7+ years in Nursing (or a related field) and at least 5 years in management, you're equipped with the expertise we need.

- Your background in Outpatient Primary Care Practices gives you a unique insight into healthcare operations.

- You have experience in FQHCs or Public Health organizations.

- You possess strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, ready to lead cross-functional projects.

Education & Certification:

- A Master's in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Health Information Management, or a related field is preferred.

- An active RN license is a must.
