Director of Client Services - Bay Area (Cloud & Software Consulting)
We're hiring on behalf of a cutting-edge consultancy that supports global clients from Fortune 500 giants to fast-scaling start-ups-in delivering cloud solutions and next-gen software systems. This role is delivery-first, not just oversight. You'll be embedded in the work-owning client outcomes, leading enterprise projects, and growing accounts through execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead delivery across complex consulting engagements (cloud, software, digital transformation).
- Own key client relationships at the VP/C-level and expand accounts through trust and results.
- Solve delivery challenges, manage risks, and ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Oversee account ops: forecasting, SOWs, invoicing, procurement, and staffing.
- Coach and guide teams to success while acting as the bridge between business and tech.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in consulting or services, with hands-on delivery and enterprise account ownership.
- Proven success growing accounts through excellent execution.
- Strong communicator with credibility across engineering and executive teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms
