Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    • Oversee, coach, and develop the Client Care Managers and Client Intake team.

    • Conduct 1-on-1s, ride-alongs, and shadow client visits to ensure thorough training and consistent performance.

    • Provide mentorship and performance evaluations for all direct reports.

  • Client Experience & Quality of Care:

    • Manage client intake pipeline and ensure timely home assessments are conducted.

    • Oversee individualized client care plans and make necessary adjustments based on any change in condition.

    • Continuously monitor client satisfaction by ensuring consistent follow up and reviewing surveys and other KPIs, implementing strategies to enhance retention.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:

    • Ensure that Care Pros perform caregiving duties within the proper scope of services.

    • Identify and/or provide any training needs for Client Care Managers and Care Pros.

    • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, company protocols, and industry best practices.

  • Coverage & Growth:

    • Step in for Client Care Managers during scheduled visits and calls when needed.

    • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

    • Lead hiring efforts and retain additional office staff on the Client Care team.


Qualifications

  • Active LPN or RN license in Nebraska

  • Supervisory experience (preferably in home care or healthcare)

  • Clean driving record and High School Diploma

  • Positive, outgoing attitude and dedication to exceptional client care
