Position Overview

PHIL is seeking a Director of Business Operations - HCP Strategy & Analytics to support our efforts to drive HCP adoption and engagement, ensuring both PHIL and our clients achieve optimal financial and operational outcomes while providing an excellent experience to the HCPs we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the GM, HCP to define multi-year strategy and detailed initiatives to improve HCP adoption, engagement, and retention with PHIL, ensuring a strong ROI profile for proposed initiatives.

  • Communicating HCP strategy & progress to executive leadership and broader internal and client teams.

  • Owning the ongoing analysis and measurement of HCP-related outreach and support initiatives to inform when we need to double down or rethink our strategy.

  • Proactively identifying trends and risks within HCP cohorts and surfacing them to key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Thinking multiple steps ahead, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of HCP initiatives and potential downstream impacts to ensure organizational alignment and flawless execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, finance, or related fields, including 1-2 years in management consulting.

  • Highly analytical mindset and deep comfort with data analytics.

  • Strategic thinker capable of operating at both high-level business strategy and execution-focused problem-solving.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Finance, Client Success, Marketing, and Operations teams.

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a scrappy, "figure it out and get it done" mentality.

Nice-to-haves (but not required):

  • Background in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.

  • Experience in a B2B enterprise startup environment.

  • Familiarity with Google Suites, particularly Looker.
