Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a top-performing sales teams across Washington and Oregon
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding linen services within the hospitality sector, focusing on independent restaurants and small businesses
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with local and regional leads group associations
  • Lead by example by actively participating in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and exceed company sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in sales leadership, within the hospitality or service industry
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to implement and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of small restaurants
  • A passion for relationship-building and delivering exceptional service
