We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director, to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be a driven, and results-oriented individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan tailored to the biologics discovery market.
  • Drive presence in Europe through conference participation, speaking engagements, and on-site visits.
  • Establish recurring business models and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on strategies and the development of technical materials.
  • Utilize technical expertise to help create and deliver scientific solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in biological sciences (other degrees considered with relevant industry experience); an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling products, services, or solutions to pharma/biotech clients.
  • Experience introducing highly innovative solutions and driving market adoption is a strong advantage.
