Director of Builder Relations

American Burglary & Fire, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Builder Relations to expand our builder client base. This role will focus on developing long-term relationships with new and existing builders, generating sales leads, and creating programs to increase visibility and promote our services within the builder community. If you are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, a passion for relationship building, and the ability to deliver results, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing builders, ensuring their complete satisfaction.Identify and create new opportunities for collaboration with builders to drive sales.Represent ABF Security at industry and community events, building the company's visibility and reputation.Partner with the builder community to develop and implement marketing programs that highlight the company's services and values.Perform other duties as assigned to support business development and sales objectives.Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervise and provide guidance to employees within the Residential Sales department as needed.Manage and motivate teams to meet project goals and deadlines.Qualifications:4 to 6 years of relevant experience in builder relations, sales, or a related field.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.Proven leadership ability and business acumen.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Creative, flexible, and innovative mindset with a focus on results.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.If you're ready to take on a key leadership role and help us grow our builder relationships, apply today to join the ABF Security team.PIbee5-1178
