DIRECTOR OF BROKERAGE
We're seeking a powerhouse Director of Brokerage who brings not just leadership but hustle. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example-someone who actively sells, brings a deep network of relationships, and isn't afraid to jump in as an individual contributor to close deals, solve problems, and drive results. You'll be both strategist and tactician, owning and nurturing your own relationships while shaping the direction of our freight brokerage operation.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Revenue: Leverage your industry connections and proven sales skills to generate and grow a strong book of business from day one.
- Lead by Example: Act as a "player-coach" by managing accounts, closing deals, and mentoring junior brokers when needed.
- Strategize Growth: Identify new opportunities in the market, develop go-to-market strategies, and lead execution with measurable results.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with shippers, carriers, and key stakeholders, bringing value to every interaction.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, dispatch, and leadership to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Champion Accountability: Set the standard for performance, ethics, and hustle in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in freight brokerage with strong industry relationships.
- 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something great.
- Comfortable being both a leader and an individual contributor.
- High-level negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations and market dynamics.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 plus commissions
