As Director, you'll oversee brand strategy, go-to-market planning, campaign development, and innovation pipeline management, while also mentoring a team and aligning with internal partners across Product Development, Sales, Education, and Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a brand marketing team to deliver impactful initiatives across digital, retail, and professional channels
- Define and execute brand strategy and annual marketing plans
- Drive innovation launches, whitespace identification, and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee the development of marketing assets, content, and 360 campaigns
- Analyze brand performance, category trends, and consumer insights to inform strategy
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging
- Present marketing strategies and updates to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle categories
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
