  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Business Analytics).
  • Experience working with AI technologies-including Generative AI and analytical AI.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing analytics teams.
  • Strong understanding and experience of relational databases and experience working with tools like SQL, Salesforce, and Databricks.
  • Proficiency in modeling tools and languages such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python-with hands-on ability to build and oversee models.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture) and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Solid grasp of statistical modeling techniques including regression, clustering, factor analysis, and decision trees.
  • Experience with MMM is a plus (not required), as is experience with marketing technology and media data.
