We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Performance Partner Lead to join our Developer Growth and Marketing team, specifically focusing on supporting mobile game developers through strategic affiliate marketing efforts.

In this role, you'll work alongside the affiliate services team to grow and optimize the Affiliate Partner Program, helping mobile game developers drive player acquisition and revenue. You'll be responsible for onboarding new developer partners, improving their performance through strategic guidance, and maximizing their success in the program. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in mobile gaming, affiliate marketing, and user acquisition across multiple channels.
Core Responsibilities:
- Developer Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for mobile game developers participating in the affiliate program. Guide them through setup, share best practices, and provide ongoing performance insights and optimization support.
- Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Help developers effectively leverage affiliate channels, including organic promotion, paid media, influencer partnerships, and social marketing to scale their reach and earnings.
- Program Promotion & Community Building: Actively promote the affiliate program within the mobile game developer community.
- Scalable Enablement Tools: Design and maintain onboarding kits, process documentation, and growth toolkits to simplify partner activation and boost program scalability.
- Data-Driven Growth & Optimization: Track performance data to identify areas of improvement, share recommendations, and support developers in refining their marketing approaches for better results.
- Creative & Campaign Guidance: Provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns from developer partners to ensure they align with platform standards and performance objectives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to evolve and scale the affiliate program, aligning strategies with broader developer and marketing goals.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong background in mobile game marketing, including working directly with independent or studio developers.
- Proven experience managing or contributing to affiliate marketing programs, ideally in the gaming or mobile app ecosystem.
- Knowledge of various user acquisition channels including social media, influencer marketing, paid advertising, and performance-based partnerships.
- Comfortable interpreting marketing metrics and using data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.
