Director of Acquisitions

We're hiring a driven, detail-oriented Director of Acquisitions to lead our residential property acquisition strategy in Texas and key expansion markets. You'll be the engine behind evaluating and securing homes that our buyers have selected-working closely with a collaborative internal team and external partners to get deals done quickly, cleanly, and creatively.

This is an ideal role for a licensed broker with strong negotiation skills, excellent communication instincts, and a passion for structuring win-win deals.

• Evaluate selected homes on MLS
• Perform comps analysis and support accurate pricing decisions
• Negotiate purchase terms and submit offers that balance value with speed
• Communicate with buyers, agents, and internal team members to keep deals aligned
• Coordinate appraisals, insurance, and pre-close logistics
• Finalize contracts and guide transactions through to a clean closing
• Ensure every deal meets buyer goals and program guidelines (we'll train you.)
• Track deal milestones and keep documentation organized
• Help refine our processes, tools, and strategy as we scale
  

• Active Texas Real Estate Broker License (required)
• 5+ years of experience in residential real estate (agent, broker, acquisitions, etc.)
• Strong track record of negotiating and closing deals
• Detail-oriented with great organizational habits
• Clear communicator who thrives in a team setting
• Comfortable creating and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and property reports
• Excited to work in-office in Austin (not a remote role)
  

• Experience working with investors or creative deal structures
• Prior experience using MLS, CRM tools, or transaction software
