Director of Accounting - Lincoln, Nebraska
Lincoln manufacturing firm is currently conducting interviews for an experienced leader to take this organization to the next level. This is a key leadership role that will oversee accounting consolidation, reporting, and treasury functions in a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities include:
- Create, update, and improve financial reporting
- Prepare and present reports and presentations for senior management and the Board
- Ensure timely financial close, oversee multi-currency consolidation, and manage ERP processes
- Report financials to the parent company within public company deadlines
- Support treasury operations, including liquidity optimization and banking relationships
- Manage and develop the accounting organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Accounting, or Finance required(CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting, previous leadership experience required
- Strong financial modeling and ERP system experience
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Must have manufacturing industry experince in a multi-location corporation - required
