We are a manufacturer in the gaming industry with our North American operations based out of Las Vegas. Providing reliable and customer favorite games for our casino and other gaming industry clients. Focusing on both standalone and linked cabinet design, we are able to provide top products at any desired quantity.

Job Details

Position Overview: The Director of Accounting will oversee our company's financial health and strategy, as well as manage operational accounting and the accounting department.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial plan
• Forecasting & budget management
• Manage operational accounting: Billing, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Asset, and Revenue Recognition
• Manager general ledger, ensuring a timely and accurate close
• Ensure stability through cash flow oversight
• Manage the US accounting / finance team
• Financial reporting & presentation
• Continuous process improvements
• Advise on investment / M&A opportunities
• Ensure documentation processes and department quality control adhere to company standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years financial leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Gaming industry
• Financial statement creation
• Full cycle accounting management
• Revenue recognition
• ERP experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA
