Job Summary: The Director of Marketing and Strategic Operations will drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies while enhancing operational efficiencies within the market access intelligence division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong marketing background and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for key events, including Drug Channels Leadership Forum, Clinical Pathways Congress & Cancer Care Business Exchange, and Pharma Day.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all brands.
  • Oversee and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with shared services teams to streamline workflows and develop formalized process frameworks.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital content and promotional materials.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing content with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the digital presence and social media strategies for market access brands, focusing on increasing visibility and engagement.
  • Elevate brand recognition through strategic content marketing and rebranding initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for executive leadership, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 6-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, with a focus on operational leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management, including LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Experience with HubSpot is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be able to effectively convey the brand story during senior executive updates.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management systems is ideal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
