We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to join our expanding team in the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee an existing team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on achieving team quotas, acquiring new clients, and increasing Databricks usage. Your team is passionate about building data ecosystems, technically proficient, and dedicated to customer and partner success. You will report to the Regional Vice President

- Lead, develop, and motivate the Enterprise Account Executives to surpass their goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork centered on delivering measurable business value and customer outcomes.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners for long-term success.
- Promote ongoing learning about our data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
- Contribute to regional growth plans, ensure accurate forecasting, and develop a high-growth, customer-focused business.
What we look for:
- Alignment with Databricks' core values, and ability to instill them in your team.
- At least 5+ years of experience in leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise clients in Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in hyper-growth enterprise tech companies.
- Knowledge of value selling and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of Message.
- Experience in developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic territories and ensure customer success.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-focused teams and driving consumption.
