Casa Colina is looking for an experienced leader. role oversees and directs all staff and clients; with an emphasis on behavior management. The director is responsible for the daily operations of the 24/7 residential program serving adults with acquired or traumatic brain injury, which includes, but is not limited to staffing, resident services, resource management, public relations, and compliance with all licensure, certification, health, and safety requirements. Salary Range : $110,000- $150,000 This role oversees and directs all staff and clients; with an emphasis on behavior management. The director is responsible for the daily operations of the 24/7 residential program serving adults with acquired or traumatic brain injury, which includes, but is not limited to staffing, resident services, resource management, public relations, and compliance with all licensure, certification, health, and safety requirements. Qualifications: Emotional and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position. Knowledge of residential services. Knowledge of behavior management and assaultive behavior management. Ability to manage and maintain an accurate accounting system that accurately reflects the cash resources of all clients. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including ability to train staff, write reports and successfully relate with families on client issues. Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures Ability to develop and maintain positive consumer relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to recruit, hire, and supervise personnel. Complete relevant audits and chart reviews to demonstrate compliance with licensing requirements. License/Education Bachelor's degree in a health-related field from an accredited school preferred. Two years experience with a residential program for developmentally disabled adults and/or children. Minimum of one (1) years of supervisory and case management experience preferred. Posses a valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record (as defined by Casa Colina's Automobile Insurance Carrier's requirements), and have the ability to pass a DMV screening. Certification in the Management of Assaultive Behavior preferred. Hold a current certificate in CPR, First Aid. Must have a criminal clearance from the Department of Justice before employment or initial presence in the facility.
