Inc. is looking for a Director, Lease Administration, who will be responsible for all lease related functions from tracking renewals, paying rent on time, abstracting leases, and updating paper & electronic files. This person will assist in communications to all Inc. brands' landlords and attorneys.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate renewals between brands, landlords and attorneys.
- Review rent bills for accuracy and ensure all bills are paid on time.
- Assess leases and update in electronic and paper files.
- Contact landlords and brands about lease issues and responsibilities.
- Ensure lease options and renewals are tracked and reported monthly.
- Review CAM reconciliations for accuracy and verify billing for accounting.
- Manage and track lease renewals and lease option notices.
- Track and manage rent calculations and sales/rent ratio's.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
The expected salary for this position is $140,000- $155,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of lease management experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Superior organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks effectively with strict attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
