The Role
As the Tech Delivery Leader for a defined body of work, you will partner with multiple Product Teams to deliver a medium to large-scale, complex programs in iterations. You will be accountable for coordinating, improving, and maximizing delivery of value across multiple Product and Delivery Teams; work with leaders to facilitate scope of work and prioritization; and help to develop Program roadmaps and release plans. You will also develop and drive the Program's execution strategy and will be accountable for ensuring that the scaled events take place and are productive and positive. You will facilitate both strategic and tactical discussions with the Product Teams and Delivery teams to achieve a common objective. Additionally, you will: coordinate the teams' delivery with the Program's release plans; ensure insight into process improvements, impediments, and progress, to the organization; facilitate the prioritization and removal of impediments, with particular attention to cross-team dependencies, and radiate information on progress to leadership and teams.
Technical Expertise
Ensure adherence to technical and quality best practices across the workstream.
Knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to present findings clearly and effectively.
Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals and knowledge of tools like Splunk, DataDog, etc.
Strong systems thinking and can see the end-to-end picture and how your work fits into that
Planning and Execution
Accountable for orchestration of planning preparation and communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the workstream.
Manages dependencies, risks, and impediments for the workstream and escalate when needed.

Communication and Collaboration
Ensure delivery goals are clearly articulated and understood across the workstream and how they support the larger solution.
Communicate delivery plans, coordinate roadmap adjustments, and provide visibility and transparency into plans and progress.
Provide updates to leadership on status of workstream including progress, risks, challenges, achievements, and metrics.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders including Squad Leaders/Product Owners, Product Area Leaders/Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Chapter Leaders/People Managers, and Architects.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's Degree/Undergraduate Degree
7+ years of experience working in a Software Development Agile Environment
3+ years of experience as an RTE, Delivery Lead or similar Scaled Agile Role
Scaled Agile Certification preferred (ex: SAFe,
Cybersecurity project management experience preferred
Excellent communication and people-interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization.
Effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions and map out plans for delivering work
Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle ambiguity
Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate with other leaders, influence others, and lead change
