Job Summary

Responsible for leading strategic business integration projects by providing program governance and structure, collaboration and transparency, and cross-functional team coordination across multiple functional areas to achieve the integration vision.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Leads cross functional teams through the deal lifecycle in one or more of the following areas: separation planning, Day One readiness, organization design, integration road mapping, executive reporting, etc.
  • Provides governance and oversight throughout the lifecycle of the transaction.
  • Partners with our stakeholders to define the objectives and perimeters, assess the solutions, and deliver the best outcomes.
  • Manages activities with deal teams, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Assesses and monitors resource allocation for each transaction.
  • Monitors and reports progress against milestones to leadership team.
  • Facilitates timely resolution of escalated issues, risks, and decisions.
  • Analyzes and validates business rules, process workflow, and required communication protocols.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.
