On behalf of a global electronics manufacturing company we are seeking an experienced technology infratstructure leader who can help shape strategy for the company across both North and South America.
Role:
- Develop and oversee the execution of l;arge scale projects in line with budgets and timeframes.
- Lead and develop a team of technology professionals across the region.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server systems, networks, data centers, clouds, and securities for IT and Operational Technology.
Requirements:
- 9+ years experience in technology infrastructure including regional team leadership.
- Excellent understanding of technology infrastructure, including cloud, networking, transformation and cybersecurity.
- Experience leading cross-border transformation / migration projects is essential.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets.
- Good understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and hybrid cloud solutions preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in a technology related discipline.
A base salary of USD 175,000 - 195,000 + bonus and benefits
