As Krispy Kreme's Director of Global Operations Learning, you will play a pivotal role in developing the strategic vision and deployment of operational learning & field training across our global network of company-owned and franchised locations. You will lead the design, development, training, and execution of programs and initiatives that drive best-in-class operations, enhancing the guest experience. You will collaborate with senior leaders, and your efforts will directly impact the organization's revenue and profitability. As the Director of Global Operations Learning, you will lead the charge in developing a culture of continuous learning, training, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across our global network. Your strategic vision and impactful leadership will be pivotal in shaping our organization's growth and success. HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Stakeholder Management and Operational Learning Strategy:Collaborate with senior leaders from various business streams to understand and prioritize their needs including manufacturing and logistics.Translate stakeholder needs into a measurable learning operations strategy that drives operational excellence and supports customer satisfaction.Role-Based Operational Learning Journeys:Partner with the HR team to create role-based learning journeys that encompass operational learning, skills-based training, culture, values sharing, and onboarding content.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop by conducting a training needs assessment and implement the Learning Operations strategy and roadmap to deliver Annual Operating Plans (AOP), aligning with evolving business goals and growth plans prioritizing food safety and quality.Narrative Development:Create compelling and influential narratives that engage and influence stakeholders.Global Operations Content Creation and Delivery:Lead global operations content creation and delivery teams to ensure learning operations drive operational excellence across all markets and supported languages.Work cross-functionally to establish and implement a new franchisee training program inclusive of a new shop opening process.Business Impact Measurement:Measure and evaluate the business impact of Learning Operations interventions to improve performance and meet business needs.Track, monitor, and improve KPIs related to training, speed to proficiency, and the guest experience.Promotion of Learning Operations:Ensure that Learning Operations offerings/services are visible, understood, and valued across all business areas with SLAs in use.Training Support and Learning Objectives:Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support training initiatives including limited-time-offer promotions and non-product innovation content designed based on learning objectives to benefit shop and factory teams and leadership.Work cross-functionally to establish a certified training manager program dustry Trends and Best Practices:Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure organizational competitiveness in talent ternal and External Guest Experience:Design processes and procedures that eliminate complexity for Krispy Kremers, regardless of role.Design processes and procedures ensuring delivery of a high-quality guest experience on every channel.YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:Leadership and Learning Team Management:Proven experience in building, leading, and managing a learning team focused on operational excellence.Training Strategy Alignment:Demonstrated ability to oversee, develop, deliver, and measure the impact of training initiatives aligned with short- and long-term business strategy.Content Development and Management:Expertise in managing and developing learner-centric job aids, eLearning, and training to support various business processes and tools.Field Trainer Management:Experience in managing the field trainer team to drive regional performance with measurable KPIs while supporting new store openings and learning operations initiatives.Certification Process and Vendor Management:Proficiency in building a certification process and managing certified training locations to drive standards and performance.Experience in maximizing the usage and functionality of eLearning platforms and other learning delivery tools.Skill in managing third-party vendor relationships and decision-making related to selection and contract negotiation.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work performed by the employees assigned to this job and are not the official job description for the position.
