This is a stellar opportunity charged with managing global client relationships, supporting client site visits and closing new sales contracts. It's an exciting Global Expat opportunity within the World's Largest biologics CDMO/CMO expanding to 720 KL total mammalian cell culture manufacturing capacity for monoclonal antibody and new ADC manufacturing capabilities. You'll be charged with overseeing the following activities:


Leading and managing global client relationships with major BioPharma organizations to drive long-term CDMO manufacturing partnerships.

Hosting and coordinating client site visits and due diligence meetings, including agendas and follow-up actions.

Supporting the closing of new sales contracts and amendments with clients.

Leading the development of proposals and business evaluations to pursue new sales contracts and amendments.

Supporting technical discussions and follow-up meetings to align client needs with service capabilities.

Driving new project awards through contract negotiations and alignment on key commercial terms.

Developing, initiating and managing standard service agreements while ensuring internal alignment on scope and risk.

Identifying, assessing and escalating business risks while maintaining accurate documentation and client communications.


Preferred Candidate Background and Expertise:


BS or MS degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or related Life Sciences or Engineering field. MBA or Advanced Business Degree preferred.

8+ years of experience working in a Business Development or Sales position within a major biologics CMO/CDMO or major Global BioPharma company.

5+ years of experience working within a Process Development, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality or Supply Chain position for the clinical or commercial manufacturing of biologics or monoclonal antibodies.

Exceptional interpersonal capabilities with the ability to engage, communicate and interact with a wide range of target audiences.

Ability to leverage existing networks to establish and capture business opportunities.

Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to understand the needs and wants of clients.


Please note that this is a full-time Expat Opportunity Based in South Korea. It is not based in the US or remote from the US. A full Expat Benefits package is provided including a company paid apartment, international school tuition and relocation assistance.
