What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations for Food Safety and Quality Assurance across the facility
- Supervise FSQA and Sanitation teams, ensuring full compliance with USDA, FDA, ODA, SQFI, and GMP standards
- Champion a contamination-free environment by proactively overseeing food production and plant operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, customers, and third-party auditors
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for food safety concerns
- Monitor key Quality KPIs-including Customer Complaints, FTQs, and Food Safety incidents-and partner with internal teams to resolve trends or issues

Qualifications, partial list:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Safety or Science
- USDA Minimum 10 years of Food Safety Management experience in a food processing facility
- FDA, HACCP, SQF, or BRC experience, including leading facility audits
- 5+ years of prior employee leadership experience
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed
- Competence in basic math and Excel. Ability to communicate in English
