About the Role
We're looking for a Director - Field Marketing who lives and breathes customer insights. You'll be at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling, identifying key customer segments, designing tailored marketing campaigns, and optimising every step of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Segmentation and Insights
- Define and refine customer segments based on demographics, firmographics, behaviour, and usage patterns.
- Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and CDPs to analyse trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously evolve segmentation strategy to align with business goals and maximise marketing impact.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and social channels.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop tailored messaging and offers for each segment.
- Ensure campaigns address segment-specific needs and effectively communicate SuperOps' value proposition.
Customer Journey Optimisation
- Map and optimise customer journeys for each segment, focusing on key stages such as acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver a consistent, personalised experience throughout the funnel.
- Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track key performance indicators including CAC, LTV, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product marketing, sales, and demand generation teams to ensure alignment across messaging and objectives.
- Share customer insights with the product team to influence product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer expectations.
- Use market intelligence to guide segment strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in customer segmentation, marketing analytics, or campaign strategy, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven success in developing and executing segment-targeted marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, including MRR, ARR, CAC, churn, and LTV.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset.
