Director Environmental Services (Accommodations)
The Director of Environmental Services provides day-to-day operational leadership and oversight for the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments. This includes managing staff, financial matters, and overseeing the allocation of operational and capital resources and operations.

Executive Director
Assets and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and team members
- Proficient with computers and a variety of software
Responsibilities:
Include, but not limited to, the following:
- Maintain environmental services in compliance with regulations and organizational policies
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience with budget preparation and management
- Proven resource management experience
- Effective leadership skills, focusing on mentoring and motivating employees
- Develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate laundry and housekeeping services
- Monitor services according to legislative, professional, and best practice standards
- Ensure staffing needs for housekeeping and laundry, including hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll, while meeting budget targets
- Complete audits and develop corrective action plans
- Lead quality initiatives emphasizing person-centered care and innovation
- Participate in annual program evaluations as required
- Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, department, and human resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
Shift Information:
This full-time leadership role requires flexibility to oversee peak periods, including evenings and weekends. Compensation varies based on experience and skills, ranging from $63,000 to $77,000.
