We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing corporate contracts and supporting corporate training programs that align with the objectives and strategy of the client. Collaborate with functional management teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs as well as effectiveness of established programs.

Required Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as initial contact for prospective and current clients.
  • Conduct initial discovery discussion(s) to determine topic, scope and dates of training.
  • Negotiate the initial proposal for training.
  • Prepare and execute formal proposal.
  • Source subject-matter-experts for review and selection by the client.
  • Execute the contract once the proposal is approved and Subject Matter Expert (SME) is selected.
  • Build the course in Student Information System (SIS).
  • Prepare course materials in advance of the training, such as handouts, agenda, table tents and binders.
  • On-site presence during the training to ensure technology needs are met, materials are available, and college/SME are introduced to participants.
  • Manage set-up of online trainings, including zoom meetings, course creation in Canvas and participant log-in support.
  • Create requisitions in Workday for suppliers (SME).
  • Prepare invoice for client payment and submit it to Accounts Payable once training is complete.
  • Create receipt in Workday to process the SME invoice for payment.
  • Generate FLAC report monthly for in-house SME payment.
  • Ensure registration of students in SIS.
  • Ensure grades are entered in SIS.
  • Administer, collect and interpret course evaluations and provide formal analytic report to the client.
  • Generate certificate of completion for participants.
  • Attend graduation ceremony when requested by the client.
  • Manage ongoing training programs that require regular meetings to align or calibrate any changes, revisions, SME adjustments, etc.
  • Manage the Corporate Training budget.
  • Vet and hire new SMEs.
  • Supervision of any support staff.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort required.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and five (5) years of directly related experience.

One (1) year of supervisory experience required.


Preferred

Master's degree from an accredited institution

Experience in Texas higher education
Three (3) years of experience developing in-person/online training programs, instructional design training or certification

$82,590.00

Compensation is determined based on experience.
