This is an exciting Expat opportunity to lead the management and execution of Sales and Business Development team contracts and supply agreements for large-scale and commercial biologics manufacturing. This is a once-in-a-lifetime expatriate leadership opportunity within the World's Largest biologics CDMO/CMO expanding to 720 KL total mammalian cell culture manufacturing capacity with commercial monoclonal antibody, mRNA vaccine and ADC manufacturing capabilities. Leading the closing of new Sales and Business Development team contracts and supply agreements with major Global BioPharma companies for large-scale and commercial biologics manufacturing capabilities.
Leading the negotiation and alignment of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Product Supply Agreements (PSAs) with global clients, including reviewing work scopes and managing redlines.
Driving internal approval processes for contract executions.
Supporting cross-functional teams by explaining agreed contract terms.
Identifying deviations from contractual obligations and executing amendments to address discrepancies.
Innovating contract management processes by developing and updating standard MSAs and PSAs, defining negotiation tactics, and analyzing current contract trends to develop term comparison tables.
Ensuring timely contract closure while aligning with IR and Communications teams for public disclosures.
Desired Skills & Experiences:
BS in Legal, Law, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry or related Life
Sciences/Engineering/Legal field.
10+ years Strategic Partnership/Business Development or Contract/Licensing experience from within a biologics manufacturing CDMO/CMO or Global BioPharma company.
Strong understanding of supply chain flows and cGMP operations for mammalian cell culture based biologics.
Biologics manufacturing expertise manufacturing large molecule biologics including monoclonal antibodies, Antibody Drug Conjugates, fusion proteins or bispecific antibodies. Experience working within a biologics CMO/CDMO a plus.
Detail-oriented with proactive communication and negotiation skills.
