As a Director, Change and Operations for ICT EMEA, you will collaborate with the Regional Line of Business (LoB) Leader, EMEA Leadership Team, and senior teams to develop, coordinate, and execute operational activities across the EMEA ICT (Insurance, Consulting and Technology) business.

The Role
  1. Continuous Improvement and Simplification
    • Challenge current processes to eliminate internal friction and costs, and implement improvements.
    • Enhance cross-Division collaboration and cross-resourcing with Divisional Leaders.
    • Simplify and establish regional MI in collaboration with Global MI for ELT.
    • Improve tools and capabilities for complex projects with Project Managers.
  2. Planning and Execution
    • Support Divisional Leaders in understanding internal culture and capabilities to meet goals.
    • Align with WTW-wide and regional initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and change management.
    • Coordinate with all corporate functions to ensure effective support of the ICT business.
  3. Lead, design, and manage ad-hoc projects to deliver strategic objectives.
  4. Support sales enablement activities, putting clients first.
  5. Drive efficiency and effective use of business tools like Oracle, Mavenlink, Dynamics, and others.
  6. Lead ICT teams across EMEA in Operations, Consulting Technology Solutions, proposal support, and project management.
Governance & Reporting
  • Develop frameworks for business metrics, tracking, quality standards, and actions.
  • Create MI to support leadership decisions and performance communication.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and financial rigor.
  • Work with Regional Excellence Leader to ensure quality and risk management.
Communication
  • Develop and execute the ICT EMEA communication strategy in collaboration with regional teams.
Global Collaboration
  • Engage with global ICT Operations teams for knowledge sharing and initiative rollout.
  • Participate in global projects and represent EMEA ICT in global discussions.
