Overview MPOWERHealth is a leading provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services, dedicated to supporting the medical community and enhancing patient safety through cutting-edge solutions. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team and drive growth across key territories. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic sales efforts to secure new business opportunities in the healthcare space. The Director of Business Development will play a critical role in driving sales of MPOWERHealth's services to healthcare facilities, surgeon practices, and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IOM), along with a proven track record in business development and sales within the neuromonitoring sector. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, presenting services, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities Sales Activities Work within designated territories to find and qualify potential customers, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and surgeon practices. Conduct compelling sales presentations and service demonstrations tailored to the needs of healthcare providers. Identify and close contract opportunities, ensuring favorable terms for both MPOWERHealth and our clients. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of deals in the pipeline. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to ensure MPOWERHealth maintains a competitive edge. Clinical Support Provide clinical expertise during sales meetings, helping prospects understand the value of our services. Collaborate with local teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of services for new clients. Customer Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in each territory. Address concerns and challenges to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Work to expand existing accounts and convert competitive accounts to MPOWERHealth. Travel Requirements Travel regularly for sales meetings, demonstrations, contract negotiations, and customer support across your territory. Be available for travel on short notice based on client needs and market opportunities. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. CNIM certification and/or previous neuromonitoring experience is highly preferred. A proven track record of driving sales in the IOM space is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence physicians and stakeholders. Proficience in MS Office and EMR systems. Must be comfortable with frequent travel by both car and air. Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities is essential. Must live in Wisconsin or Virginia.
