POSITION SUMMARY:
Experienced Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the data analytics and warehousing teams, providing thought leadership, mentorship, and fostering a data-driven culture within the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS; but not limited to:
- Data & Analytics Strategy: Lead and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation.
- Architecture & Engineering: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and engineering solutions to optimize data utilization.
- Reporting & Analytics Development: Spearhead the creation of advanced reports and analytics to support and develop data monetization initiatives.
- Complex Data Integrations: Manage complex integrations across diverse systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data consistency, security, and quality.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with external and internal customers to understand data needs and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions while empowering non-technical users.
- Technical Debt Management: Identify and eliminate technical debt to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Master Data Management: Drive consistency and reliability of data across the organization through master data management.
- Team Leadership & Development: Grow and develop a high-performing data and analytics team, ensuring ongoing professional growth and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Leadership and Strategic Influence: Collaborate with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions with data-driven insights and ensure alignment with business goals; Influence non-technical stakeholders across the organization by communicating complex data concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- 15+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of building and leading analytics functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
