Prime Direct Health is a thriving Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic located in Gilbert, Arizona. Our patient panel is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our existing team and help us continue to deliver high-quality, patient-first care.
Position Overview
As a physician at Prime Direct Health, you'll focus on prevention, education, chronic condition management, and comprehensive care for patients of all ages. This role offers the freedom to practice medicine the way it was meant to be-without rushed appointments or administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with patients and families
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our tight-knit care team to ensure smooth, coordinated care
- Participate in wellness initiatives and community outreach
- Help grow and maintain your patient panel by fostering a welcoming and inclusive clinic environment
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
- Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
- Strong interest in Direct Primary Care and building meaningful patient relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
