Secret Security Clearance Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute Windchill migration projects using PTC Bulk Migrator and other relevant tools.
- Design, develop, and implement scripts and workflows for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy throughout the migration process.
- Work closely with PLM administrators, business analysts, and IT teams to understand migration requirements and execute seamless transitions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, including data mapping, conversion errors, and system performance concerns.
- Utilize Windchill REST and Java APIs to develop custom solutions for data migration and integration.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to migration strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, particularly related to handling classified or sensitive data.
- Support post-migration validation, data reconciliation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve migration methodologies and automation strategies.
Required Qualifications: - Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (Active clearance preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in PTC Windchill development and migration.
- Expertise with PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator and other data migration tools.
- Strong proficiency in Windchill APIs (REST, Java, Info Engine).
- Experience with PLM systems, data modeling, and integration strategies.
- Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in ETL processes and tools for large-scale data migrations.
- Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, data structures, and configurations.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards for handling classified data.
