This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees patient care, including ensuring staff, patients, and families communicate, and that care delivery meets quality and safety standards

• Hires, trains, and schedules nursing staff
Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of solid, recent Cath Lab experience

• BSN or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.

• Current unencumbered RN license.

• Must be licensed as an RN in Oregon or must show proof of submittal of Oregon RN license request

• At least two (2) years RN experience and two (2) years in a leadership role required (experience as a Supervisor, Charge RN, etc).

• Healthcare Provider BLS required.

• ACLS required

• Successful completion of management courses/education program preferred.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary range between $117K - $170K based on experience

• Day shift
