Direct Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
- Contribute to outreach initiatives and promote wireless services to potential customers by directly engaging with members of the community.
- Support customers by providing information about products and services, the sales processes, and available devices for them.
- Ensure all of the customers confidential information is input into our system correctly and the required supporting materials are provided.
- Adhere to our clients compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with the Direct Customer Service Assistant team to evaluate the efficiency of sales process and recommend enhancements as needed.
Direct Customer Service Assistant Qualifications:
