Who we are:
Mid-West Dippin' Dots is your go-to supplier for all things Dippin' Dots throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. In partnership with the West Michigan Whitecaps front office, we bring the fun to schools, festivals, convenience stores, marinas, and more. We supply businesses large and small with equipment, service, and Dippin' Dots. Taste the Fun.

Why we want you:
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the point of contact for our existing customers, reaching out weekly to take their orders and help coordinate delivery routes for our drivers. You're someone who enjoys talking to people, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting both customers and teammates along the way. You'll also help ensure accounts stay updated, pricing changes are clearly communicated, and any questions or concerns are handled with care and professionalism. You work hard and play nice, and appreciate a good joke.

Why you want to work here:
We sum up our mission in three words: Fun. Community. Experiences. When you join our team, you become a part of our culture and our story - we're small enough that you'll have an ability to put your stamp on things. We've got an all-hands-on-deck mentality and pitch in when something needs done. We work very hard but we don't take ourselves too seriously; we realize how important things like office darts and puppy visits and staff happy hours are. Plus, you will receive free baseball tickets (your friends will love you.), paid volunteer time, a free health club membership, and opportunities to get discounted or free tickets to various shows and events in West Michigan. We're also pretty great people to work with.

What you'll do:
Your focus will be on working with our current customer base to collect weekly orders, primarily through calls and emails. You'll enter orders into our system, help build efficient routes for our delivery team, and act as a go-to resource for customer questions, price updates, or occasional concerns. You'll also serve as a key point of communication between drivers, sales representatives, and managers to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.

What you need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a good level of comfort using Microsoft Office programs. We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and able to adapt to a growing business. Experience with customer service, especially in delivery or route-based settings, is helpful but not required. More than anything, we want someone who's self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a team environment. A high school diploma is required for this position.

Let's do this:
If this sounds like a good fit for you, send over your resume and a brief cover letter telling us a little about yourself. We can't wait to meet you.
