  • Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
  • Pay: $15.75 to $18.00 per hour based on location and experience
  • Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
  • Seasonal: This role is available from late May to early October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons.
  • Schedule: Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Workflow: Assign and direct tasks, evaluate performance, and address any issues to ensure guest satisfaction and quality service.
  • Ensure Compliance: Supervise staff adherence to state and company regulations, including health codes and employee handbook guidelines.
  • Foster Staff Relations: Maintain a positive rapport with team members by being knowledgeable and supportive.
  • Revenue Accuracy: Complete and balance all reports and cash at the end of each shift to ensure proper revenue handling.
  • Flexibility: Fill in for absent positions, such as bartender, server, or busser, as necessary.
  • Support Team Efforts: Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks and achieving results as needed.
Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required
Preferred Experience:
  • 3 to 6 months of supervisory experience is preferred
