Dining Service Attendant Masonicare at Mystic - Mystic, CT Evening Shift - 15 hours per week
Position Overview: Join our team as a Dining Service Attendant, where you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our residents. You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals with care and professionalism, ensuring that our residents' dining needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities: - Complete preparatory and post-service tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Engage in menu presentations that are informative and courteous.
- Serve meals to residents in a timely fashion, addressing their needs with precision and care.
- Maintain a professional interaction with residents, families, and team members.
- Report to work punctually, dressed in the designated uniform: clean shirt, bow tie, apron, name tag, black slacks, and shoes, along with a pen.
- Attend all required training and educational sessions.
Minimum Requirements: Education: Some high school education preferred.
Experience: On-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with dining services and strong communication skills are essential.
