Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House). Today, Chick-fil-A is America's fast food restaurant. We're looking for our next great Dining Room Hospitality Team Members. The Hospitality Team Member provides a level of customer service that exceeds our customer's expectations by being attentive and courteous. The Dining Room Hospitality Host/Hostess carries out the mission to "care always" by: Greeting each guest with a smile and a warm welcome Multi-tasking and doesn't wait to be told what to do Understanding what it takes to get the job done right Collaborating well in a Team environment to get things done collectively and positively Being flexible and serving the needs of the guests, team, and restaurant Displaying a servant's heart in all areas Genuinely caring for every guest and Team Member Helping guests who need assistance, such as retrieving high chairs, carrying orders to tables, refreshing beverages, grabbing more sauces, etc. Ensuring the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms Connecting with guests through conversations and 2nd Mile Service At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity.
