Dining Attendant, Riverbend Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI
Opportunity Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer guest requests and review the menu.
- Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system.
- Process payment transactions.
- Retrieve and clear carts and trays upon request.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverage per the guest's request.
- Assist with stocking and maintaining par stock levels and side station.
- Help with monitoring and cleaning hotel hallways and service areas.
- Assist in delivering, setting up, and organizing amenities for guest rooms.
We have Full-Time & Seasonal opportunities available. Working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 5:00pm to 11:00pm.
Skills/Requirements - Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply
- Previous experience as a server, preferred
- The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
