Digitization Lead

Job Description

A Client in the Woodlands is hiring for a Technical Digitization Lead to help elevate their Project Controls Engineering organization. This person will have transformative influence on building out a change management process and building work flows in Power Automate, utilizing PowerBi and SQL on a daily basis. Working alongside Engineers to help elevate their projects from a technical perspective. This position is acting as the Digital Champion for their Central Projects group to lead digital solutions transformation to enhance project efficiency and delivery, by building out cross-functional teams to simplify, standardize, automate and enhance processes. This role is a 24 month contract, with likely extension and possible full time conversion, working a 9/80 hybrid work schedule in the Woodlands, TX.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5 years as a Tech Lead, or Data Analyst

-Strong experience working with PowerBI, SQL and MS Suite (SharePoint, Excel)

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Ability to pull data, build it into a dashboard and then present it

-Previously implemented technical and digital solutions to enhance project efficiency

-Bachelor's Degree -5 years of technical experience

-Knowledge or experience with Project Management, project controls,

-PowerBI Certification

-PMP or Scrum Master Cert null
