Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience across cutting-edge platforms and strategies while supporting our mission in the pharmaceutical marketing space. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in social media management, AI-powered marketing tools, website updates, and data-driven campaigns.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support in administering digital marketing systems, ensuring databases and workflows function smoothly to meet business needs.
  • Learn and implement in leveraging AI marketing platforms (e.g., VideoSora, AI Avatars) to support innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Have the ability to be a Social Media Community Manager, particularly focused on LinkedIn outreach strategies, to engage with potential leads, foster relationships, and support lead generation efforts on social media.
  • Assist in the scheduling and deployment of social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other digital communications, following established strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of the company website using WordPress, including modifications to existing pages and creation of template-based promotional content.
  • Serve as a liaison for digital data operations, working alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the integrity and accuracy of marketing data across platforms.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data profile attributes are accurately maintained, appended, and current across all systems.
  • Assist in Compiling, formatting, and distributing quarterly analytics reports to key stakeholders, utilizing tools like PowerPoint and Excel for clear data visualization.
  • Track, update, and manage ongoing tasks and deliverables within project management software, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, basic on-page SEO optimization, and ongoing monitoring of search performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and aligned messaging across digital platforms.
  • Monitoring and reporting of paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads), including A/B testing and performance analysis under the guidance of the Senior Marketer.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of marketing automation workflows, such as email nurturing sequences within Microsoft Dynamics or other automation platforms.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to provide data-driven insights that inform campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Assist with visual content creation (e.g., social media graphics, infographics, video editing), ensuring alignment with brand standards, using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing platforms.
  • Coordinate and support webinars and virtual events, including audience engagement, promotion, technical setup, and post-event follow-up communications.
  • Participate in CRM data management projects, ensuring data integrity and enhancing segmentation for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in customer journey mapping and persona refinement, working collaboratively across teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to support data presentation, reporting, and campaign analysis.

Education, Experience, and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in market research database administration, digital marketing, or similar
  • Experience in business process design, implementation, and improvement
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Hands on experience with WordPress CMS and HTML
  • Expertise in social media platform marketing - LinkedIn, X, Facebook (Hootsuite)
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules
  • Proficiency in database management, email marketing systems, survey design and build
  • Strong project management, verbal and written communications skills
