Then join Principal as a Digital Website Strategist to lead Principal's website strategy, including analysis, design, implementation, and support of multi-channel strategies to meet business initiatives.
You'll spearhead strategic goals while delivering innovative ideas that tie web, search engine optimization, social media, marketing automation, mobile, and metrics together to provide solutions based on customer insight. You'll also participate in testing, optimization, and partnering with CX on developing prototypes and protocols, moderating tests, creating reports and providing recommendations based on test results.
Responsibilities: - Define the website vision: Develop a clear and compelling vision for websites, aligning it with the overall business strategy. This includes understanding the target audience, their needs, and how we can provide outstanding value. This now also includes how technologies can improve the customer experience.
- Develop the Digital Roadmap: Build and maintain an audience web roadmap that outlines our strategic direction, including feature improvements, new features, and long-term goals. Prioritize features using customer and business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Define Success Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, such as user acquisition, engagement, retention, customer happiness, and transaction volume.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform website optimization strategies. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of website changes and improvements.
- Strategy Development: Develop a strategy to improve audience engagement, retention, innovation, resources, and personalized experiences.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for new features and releases. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to build effective launch plans.
- Alignment and Maintenance: Ensure experiences stay in sync with all relevant regulations and security standards. Coordinate ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements to ensure it stays functional, secure, and up to date.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date on the latest trends in technology, financial services, and user behavior to find opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Who You Are - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience driving strategy and vision for digital website improvement
- Excellent planning/organizational, problem solving, presentation, and analytical skills required
- Strong decision-making skills
- Requires advanced oral and written language skills; listening; accuracy; attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge and comfort with the following tools preferred: Google Analytics, PowerBI, Figma and Mirro
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Work Environment: Position includes in-office, hybrid, and remote work options based on location and preferences.
Pay range: $81,900 to $130,000
Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $81900 - $130000 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
